DOMESTIC SHIPPING

It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.  Once the order is fulfilled, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your order (NOTE that this excludes pre-orders). Some items are produced in different locations and will be shipped separately. Orders ship from North Carolina & Texas, United States.  Aura Heights is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by the shipping carriers.

We only offer free shipping during special promotions. Make sure you subscribe to be in the know of de todo un poco & get insider deals. Please note, when we offer free shipping it may or may not be combined with any other discount. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Aura Heights is not responsible for packages lost or stolen that have been confirmed as Delivered by the carrier. It is up to the customer to place their own claim through the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items are printed on demand so unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges.
We cater to conscious consumers who value our efforts to reduce overproduction, and thus, create less waste.
